Terms of Service
Last updated 23 June 2026
These Terms govern your use of the website at speedybloomstudio.com and the software tools provided by Speedy Bloom Ltd ("Speedy Bloom Studio", "we", "us"), a company registered in Hong Kong at 19 Bonham Road, Mid-Levels, Hong Kong. You can reach us at support@speedybloomstudio.com. By installing or using one of our tools, you agree to these Terms.
1. What we provide
We build small, single-purpose software utilities for online merchants. Our first tool, Theme Residue Cleaner, reviews a Shopify theme and its product descriptions and produces a report identifying leftover code left behind by apps the merchant has uninstalled, along with a suggested removal plan. Our tools are distributed through third-party marketplaces, primarily the Shopify App Store. Your use of those marketplaces is also subject to their own terms.
2. Purchases and billing
Pricing is shown on each tool's marketplace listing at the time of purchase. Purchases made through the Shopify App Store are billed by Shopify under your Shopify account. Where a tool is sold through other channels, payment may be processed by Paddle.com Market Limited acting as merchant of record. Theme Residue Cleaner is a one-time charge that covers unlimited re-runs on a single store for 14 days from purchase; after that period, a new scan requires a new purchase. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
3. Licence and acceptable use
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use our tools for your own store(s) for as long as your purchase or subscription is valid. You agree not to resell, redistribute, reverse-engineer, or attempt to extract the source of our tools except to the extent that restriction is prohibited by law, and not to use them to violate any law or any marketplace's terms.
4. Read-only operation
Theme Residue Cleaner operates with read-only access. It does not modify your live theme, your products, or any other part of your store. It produces a report, a diff, and downloadable cleaned copies of affected files; you decide what to apply and you apply it yourself. We strongly recommend duplicating your theme before applying any changes and previewing the result before publishing. Because you control whether and how changes are applied, you are responsible for reviewing them before they go live.
5. Warranties and disclaimers
Our tools are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We work hard to make them accurate and reliable, but we do not warrant that a report will identify every piece of leftover code, that results will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that applying a suggested change will produce a particular outcome on your specific theme. Our tools are not legal, accounting, or professional advice. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any warranty or right that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you arising out of or relating to a tool or these Terms is limited to the amount you paid for that tool in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those places, this section applies only to the extent permitted, and your statutory rights are unaffected.
7. Changes
We may update our tools and these Terms from time to time. When we make a material change to these Terms, we will update the "last updated" date above. Continued use of a tool after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and the courts of Hong Kong have non-exclusive jurisdiction. This does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence.
