Product documentation is published with each tool's App Store listing. Theme Residue Cleaner's listing is in preparation; until it's live, email us and we'll help you directly.

When you write, it helps to include

  • the tool you're using and your Shopify store URL;
  • for Theme Residue Cleaner, the report ID from your scan (shown at the top of your report);
  • a short description of what you expected and what happened.

If a scan was charged but you never received a report, say so — that case is refunded automatically. See our Refund Policy.
