Refund Policy

Our policy is simple: deliver or refund. You pay for a report. If we don't deliver one, you don't pay for it. This policy applies to Theme Residue Cleaner and is offered by Speedy Bloom Ltd.
Automatic refund — when a scan doesn't deliver a report
You are entitled to a full refund, issued automatically, if a scan fails to deliver a report. This covers:
- the scan is declined because the theme is over our size limit;
- the scan fails with an error; or
- you are charged but no report is produced.
In these cases the tool initiates the refund for you — you don't need to ask. If you were charged and didn't receive a report and a refund hasn't appeared, contact support@speedybloomstudio.com and we'll resolve it.
Completed scans
Once a report has been generated and viewed, the product has been delivered, so completed scans are not refundable, except where a refund is required by law.
If a completed report was wrong or unusable
If you received a report but it was wrong or unusable, please contact support@speedybloomstudio.com and tell us what happened (including your report ID). We will review it and make it right — typically by correcting the report, re-running the scan, or issuing a refund — at our discretion.
How refunds are processed
Refunds are returned to your original payment method through the channel that billed you — Shopify for App Store purchases, or Paddle where a tool was purchased through Paddle as merchant of record. The time it takes to appear depends on that provider and your bank.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable refund or consumer rights you have under the law that applies to you. Where such rights require a refund, we will honour them.
