When you write, it helps to include
- the tool you're using and your Shopify store URL;
- for Theme Residue Cleaner, the report ID from your scan (shown at the top of your report);
- a short description of what you expected and what happened.
If a scan was charged but you never received a report, say so — that case is refunded automatically. See our Refund Policy.
